Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SidraChainX platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You also represent that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of the Platform is prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration & KYC

To use the Platform, you must register an account and complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process via KYCPort. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and KYC. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activities.
• Not attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures or access controls.
• Not use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to tax, securities, and data protection.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform to conduct illegal trades or transactions.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure or network.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or using automated bots to interact with the Platform.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing others to access your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of SidraChainX or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without the prior written consent of SidraChainX.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Qatar Financial Centre data protection regulations and other applicable privacy laws.

8. Fees & Taxes

SidraChainX may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to trading, withdrawals, and token swaps. All fees are disclosed on the Platform and are subject to change at our discretion. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to your use of the Platform and your transactions.

9. Risk Disclosure

Trading digital assets involves significant risk. The value of digital assets can fluctuate dramatically, and you may lose your entire investment. SidraChainX does not provide investment advice, and you should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SidraChainX and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. SidraChainX does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may also remove or delete any content or data associated with your account.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Doha, Qatar.

14. Amendments

SidraChainX reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
